Chapter Class Policies:

Payments:
All classes MUST be pre-paid. We can not
accept payment at the door unless arrangements have been approved in advance.
Refunds:
If the class is cancelled by the Chapter for
any reason you will be given at least 24 hour notice (except due to inclement
weather) if you are unable to re-schedule, a full refund will offered or the
ability to transfer to another program of same value will be offered. If you fail to attend your
scheduled class without 24 hour notification there will be NO
REFUND and NO TRANSFERRING to another program.
Transfers:
You may transfer from one class to other
depending on number of students who have been previously registered. All class
sizes are a 12 student to 1 instructor ratio.
Certificate
Replacements:
You may obtain a replacement certificate at
the Chapter were you were trained. There is a $7.00 replacement fee on all
current cards. We can not replace expired certificates, only current
certificates can be re-printed.
Recommended
Dress:
Please dress comfortably. Most of the skills are
done on the floor. NO LIPSTICK should
be worn for CPR classes.

Attendance:
We ask that you try to arrive 5-10 minutes
before the scheduled class time. The instructor reserves the right to have a closed
door policy once the class starts. No
one will be admitted to a class who is more that 15 minutes late. You will need
to re-schedule for the next available class. If you do not attend the class
and/or fail to notify us prior to the class, there will be NO REFUNDS. You will need to re-register and pay for another class.
Special
Needs:
Please call in advance to request any
special needs you may have. All DVD’s are closed captioned, interrupters are
available with enough notice and we can provide one on one training for
additional fees. Should you be pregnant, or have an injury, we ask that you consult with your
family physician before registering for the class.
Parking:
Is available free of charge at the Chapter
House. Parking is available in the front or on the sides of the building. The
rear parking lot is locked after business hours and will not be available for
evening classes. Please enter and exit through the front door located on
Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited within the building and in front of the building. There is a designated smoking area in the rear of the building for smoking during class breaks.
