you know a Hero?
Heroes
come in all shapes and sizes. Some have it written
into their job descriptions, some spend their lives
dedicated to the idea of helping others, and some just
do the right thing at the most needed moment.
The
American Red Cross is looking for your help to recognize
our community heroes.
- Do
you know of a person or group that has performed an
extraordinary act
of courage and saved
someone's life?
- Do
you know of a potentially life threatening situation
that was prevented by someone’s planning
and quick response?
- Does
this person live, work or attend school in Luzerne or Wyoming County?
If so, we want to hear from you!
Our goal is simple: to honor and celebrate members
of our community, individuals or groups nominated by
their colleagues, neighbors, and peers, at our second
annual

on
June 5, 2009
